It has taken years of trial and error to find non toxic swaps that work just as good, if not better, as the conventional products I used to purchased. So you can avoid wasting time and money on non toxic products that don’t work, I’m excited to share my favorites with you!

My Favorite Personal Care Products
My go-to personal products I always repurchase, they’re that good!
- Curie Deodorant: a natural deodorant that works! My favorite is the Warm Vanilla scent.
- Revitin Natural Tooth Paste: a great natural tooth paste that is fluoride-free, SLS free, and triclosan-free.
- Innersense Organic Beauty Shampoo & Conditioner: Since using this brand my hair has never felt healthier. They have several bundles, depending on your hair type, that you can choose from.
- Selarus 100% Cotton Hair Wrap: I can’t believe the difference a hair wrap makes with speeding up dry time. I always use this on hair wash days.
- Josh Rosebrook Hairspray: unfortunately aerosols are out if you are trying to go non toxic. But this low tox hairspray has worked great for holding curl!
- Barefaced Tinted Protection SPF 50+: I replaced my foundation with this tinted moisturizer a few years ago and it’s the absolute BEST.
- Thrive Causemetics Liquid Lash Extensions Mascara: the best non toxic mascara I’ve found! It checks all the boxes: non-flaky, long-lasting, holds curl, and adds length!
- Saalt Menstrual Cup: making the change to a menstrual cup has been such a game-changer. Love mine so much!
My Favorite Home + Kitchen Products
I am constantly reaching for these items on a daily basis.
- Lodge 6 Quart Enamled Cast Iron Dutch Oven: a versatile (non toxic) pot for soups, breads, casseroles, pasta, and roasting. I love that you can use on the stovetop and in the oven.
- Foaming Hand Soap Dispenser: perfect for my homemade hand soap, and it looks so chic on the counter.
- Dyson V8 Plus Cordless Vacuum: she’s pricey, but this is one of the most used items in my home. Cordless vacuums make it so effortless to keep your home clean, and it helps improve air quality too.
- Molly Suds Dishwasher Pods: love this clean option for dishwasher pods. It actually cleans and doesn’t leave a residue.
- Redmond Real Sea Salt: my favorite salt with no fillers. Every time I cook or bake, I am reaching for this salt.
My Favorite Bedtime Products
These are my favorite products that help me unwind for bed at the end of a long day.
- Simple&Opulence 100% Linen Duvet Cover: linen is one of my favorite natural fabrics, and this cover is 100% linen (and a great price point for what linen typically costs). It’s breathable, becomes so soft after a few washes, and it’s still in great quality after 3 years of use.
- Quince Organic Bamboo Sheet Set: if you haven’t tried bamboo sheets yet, get ready for the most luxurious night sleep of your life. These are so soft and breathable that I can’t ever go back.
- Zimasilk 100% Mulberry Silk Sleep Mask: if there is any sort of light in my room, I don’t sleep well. This mask blocks out light and is really comfortable.
- Fontana Candle Company | Cinnamon Orange Clove: a candle instantly creates a relaxing atmosphere. Not only does this smell good, but the wooden wick makes a crackling sound when lit, which adds another sensory layer.
- Kindle Oasis: I love reading on my kindle right before I fall asleep. This helps to avoid blue light from the TV or my phone right before bed. Just make sure to turn the brightness off on the kindle (use a lamp or night light instead) to avoid blue light affects.
- Mebak 3 Massage Gun: the quality and price is unmatched! I’ve had this massage gun going on 3 years and it is still in great shape. It’s such a good way to release muscle tension before bed.

My Favorite Supplements
My go-to supplements I can’t live without. You want to make sure your supplements aren’t contaminated with toxins or heavy metals, and these brands do their due diligence.
- Seeking Health Optimal Prenatal: I take this in place of a multivitamin because of how nutrient dense it is, and I feel the difference!
- Just Ingredients Organ Complex: I tend to be low in iron, so rather than take an iron supplement (constipation station!) or eat beef organ, I opt for these pills. This has helped my energy so much!
- Microbiome Labs MegaSporeBiotic: there are so many things in our environment that disrupt the gut microbiome. A probiotic is a must to help keep it in balance!
- Seeking Health Fish Oil: packed with omega-3s to help your joints, circulation, and brain health.
- Micro Ingredients Vitamin D3 5000 IU with K2: most people tend to be deficient in vitamin D, especially in the winter months. I love this brand because they add vitamin K2, which helps vitamin D to be more easily absorbed.
- Just Ingredients Magnesium Complex: great for sleep, muscle cramps, constipation, workout recovery, and more! I have a hard time absorbing most magnesium supplements, but this one was created with 5 forms of magnesium to specifically combat that.
- Just Ingredients Electrolytes: my favorite electrolyte drink with so many flavors to choose from! I specifically like this formulation because it’s lower in sodium and high in potassium, which helps too provide better hydration to the cell.
- FEATY Weekly Pill Organizer: as a supplement junkie, you know I am obsessed with my pill organizer. I have tried so many different ones in the past, and this one is by far the BEST. Containers easily open, it can hold a lot of pills, and It’s fairly compact as a whole. The best part is they are separated into days if you don’t need to take the whole thing with you.
